Phoenix Canariensis (Date Palm)


I have two date palms a male and female.
The female is the fruit bearer and the picture shows a magnificent growth.

    I love dates, When I was in Bahrain one of the Bahrainis I worked with brought me boxes of dates stuffed with almonds. They were great, but I learned a hard lesson about eating more than one little box at a sitting...
