Trachycarpus under snow

These are certainly not from my garden in Australia but these pix show how resilient the Trachycarpus can be. I guess it might not be tough enough for six months of snow in Canada. Sorry /t.

  2. Having researched the Trachycarpus I found that it will grow in the UK but that is probably the limit of it's cold tolerance (1C) and -45C is beyond the limits of this palm.
