lamb, the cactus garden is no work at all. The palm tree garden which surrounds the backyard pool has very little work, just pruning the dried,wilted palm leaves. Watering is done by automated sprinkler system. Fertilizing is required a few times a year. It's only the lawn and weeding that is a lot of work. I don't care for lawn but Pumpkin loves it.
